Adopting feedback weighing mode:
The working principle of this machine is constant volume feeding and static weighing feedback. It adopts a unique motor to set the packaging specifications. The motherboard computer calculates the feeding signal based on the set weight and completes the filling process at high speed in one go. After filling, the bag containing the material is placed on the weighing feedback table, and the computer reads the corresponding weighing value and compares it with the theoretical value for feedback adjustment. The next feeding will be based on the corrected value in this feedback. and so on. This measurement mode is suitable for packaging specifications of 5g-500g materials with an error accuracy of up to 1/100 (note: seasoning samples).

The main motor adopts a high torque special motor: a customized high torque three-phase stepper motor different from ordinary hybrid stepper motors.
